    INFAMOUS products come with a 30 day warranty from date of purchase for all manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damages resulting from abuse, modification, or extended wear. Certain conditions and exclusions may apply. Modified or altered products are not covered by warranty. Issues past 30 days are handled case by case via customer service.

     Warranty does NOT cover the following issues:

    • Pre-owned or used products
    • Normal product wear and tearImproper product care
    • Damages caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
    • Failure to observe care instructions
    • Damage caused by rips, cuts or tears from abrasive surfaces
    • Modification or alteration
    • Cosmetic damage (i.e., minor scratches, surface deformations, fading or discoloration)
    • Products with removed or defaced logos, date codes, or tags
    • Products purchased from unauthorized Sellers/Dealers

    All packages require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. You can initiate an RMA number and return by using our return link in the footer of the website or using the link below.  Qualifying returns are edible for free return labels.  All packages without an RMA Number will be refused and returned to sender.

    • Enter your order number and email to start the returns request.
    • Select your items, reason and shipping method (pre-paid label or your own carrier ) and click “Confirm.”
    • You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within one business day.
    • Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the exchange or store credit has been issued.

    All personal apparel items are final sale. does not accept returns for 3rd party retailers.


    Customers are responsible for return shipping for warranty claims unless authorized differently by a customer service representative.

    • Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your return merchandise after it has been received.

     We'll exchange or credit the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

    * International shipping is available anywhere in the world and shipping fees will be calculated with our real time shipping calculator.  International customers are responsible for paying any any taxes, duties or import fees that may arise from the order.  We do not allow a customer to return an item because they do not want to pay these fees.  Due to the laws in some countries and certain manufacturer rules, some products may not be able to be shipped to certain countries.
