Kept having issues with knee pads sliding down. These looked like a perfect option and have been exactly what I needed, the padding in the knees is just enough without being too thick. I'm 5'10" and about 204lbs. Been lifting for a long time and always have a hard time with pants fitting properly. I have a 33" waist and 25" thighs. I got the large and they fit me very snug like compression gear. I like them that way so the padding doesn't move. I hope this helps you get the right size.

These slide shorts enables big ol' self to play as the 1 on the dorito side. They're snug where they need to be and nothing else where you don't. Perfect shorts.

Being a female with hips, it’s hard to find anything that fits right when it comes to paintball. These have enough stretch in the right places and work great. I have 45” hips and xl fit well, the knee area is slightly baggy but it’s tolerable. I like that there doesn’t seem to be a lot of protection in the front too (other than the knee pads). The hip pads are awesome; they are comfortable and pull out of the slots. Overall, I recommend for other female players... not sure how most guys would feel about the lack of padding in the front.

I wear the knee pads underneath the sliding shorts for optimum protection. This combination works great under the joggers and is very comfortable. I highly recommend thus setup for any serious player.

I've played paintball off and on since the mid 90's, and never wore knee pads. I've always found them uncomfortable, restrictive, hot, the constantly shift down when you need them most. With the Pro DNA sliders and the integrated knee protection, it's literally a gift from the heavens. All of the shortcomings of knee pads are long gone. I couldn't recommend these slider shorts more if my life depended on it.

I have been wanting these for years!
Travis killed it with these! I don't normally wear big bulky knee pads or even hip sliders mainly because everything was just slowing me down! Not these. They provide just the right about of protection around my knees and hips.
